Purchasing:
We offer a variety of ways to purchase the products on our website. The preferred method is by using our interactive shopping cart with your credit card. We also accept credit card orders over the phone, bank drafts, wire transfers and international postal money orders. If paying with bank draft, money order or wire transfer please contact us for further details.
All transactions are billed as GP Technologies Inc.
Shipping:
All products are shipped in discrete plain brown cardboard boxes to the address you provide. Items normally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment and are generally received within 3 - 5 business days of placing your order. The prices for our lights include shipping charges to the address you specify direct from our Hong Kong warehouse via DHL or UPS international express courier. You will be provided with an individual tracking number for all shipments. Please note that in some cases the country that you are importing into may charge additional local sales taxes or duties, we will not be held liable for any additional charges.
Returns and Cancellations:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 48 hour return policy on all of our LED Grow Lights. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of their original purchase price, not including the cost of return shipping. Returns must be returned in their original un-used condition and returned in their original packaging along with all hanging accessories. Returns not containing ALL hanging accessories will be charged a flat rate of $25 per fixture. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Returned items must not have been taken apart or altered in any way, items that have had the case opened will not be accepted for return! Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped for any reason, a 25% restocking fee will apply. There are no exceptions to this policy. |
